a small protest was going on outside while inside he asked the month ray county district attorney to conduct an investigation whether they engaged in a criminal use of force. this camera video from friday shows officers repeatedly striking him with their ba tops. he appeared in court yesterday on crutches. he has bruises to the arms and legs. >> people watch the 1:30 video and assume they know what happened. they don't. that's just the reality. >> police released 911 tapes of what witnesses saw him going, causing officers to intervene to arrest him. >> he threw her down. he is throwing her into traffic. >> velasco her into traffic and his mother called for help. you hear his mother screaming and velasco moaning from the

it will feel like summer. temperature trend is 83 as the average high, well above normal at 97. numbers slowly slide and by monday you will get relief from the heat. fog could be problematic for the morning. sunscreen and short sleeve weather. 90 in san jose. 94 in morgan hill and 96 in gilroy. red weed city 91. here along the coast, mid- to upper 60s and foggy. will district attorney city you are used to the fog. 74 in downtown san francisco. in the north bay triple-digits and 93 in santa rosa. east bay, how about 81 in oakland. a nice warm sunny day. fremont 87. concord up to the mid 90s. 100 in brent wood. 99 in antioch.

. in east bay, a new space for brewing and tasting. nbc 7 news was there as the brewery cut the ribbon on the new headquarters. the facility will have a new tasting room with 21 beers on tap. more than 100 jobs expected to be created at the brewery over five years.
