abc7 news begins with breaking news. >> that breaking news is happening in hayward where there is a lot of police activity in a neighborhood. we hear a possible bank robber could be in the area. streets are closed in the area at bright drive and our photographer is on scene and said officers are carrying rifles and have shirt dogs in an effort to catch the robbers. >> the california highway patrol said a bad action happened near miller and redwood roads with c.h.p. bringing in a search dog to look for any survivors. sky 7 is over the scene where the car went down an embankment at 75' and caught fire. the fire department responded and tweeted out this video. they put out the fire quickly.

>> a video posted on facebook is raising questions about use of force on a 13-year-old in san diego county with a deputy trying to handcuff the teen ordering the boy to put his hands behind his back and then reaches for his taser and the teen starts screaming. investigator say the boy moves mother has reported him missing but the deputy tried to take him hope the boy refused and he gave him attitude and bit the beachty.
