camera and it is quiet with democrats in the fists ad being in the 90's. 47 to 56, by none we are 56 at the coast and 78 inland. we will have clouds lingering but the inland temperatures are in the 80s and by 7:00 56 at the coast and a comfortable 78 inland. if you did not need the air conditioning today you won't today. a warming trend is coming >> a couple of things. not a big deal. but the bay bridge toll plaza shows no problems here. this is eastbound near south hampton, two left lanes are blocked but a big rig has stopped to help with a passenger out of the car and eastbound 780 in the benicia area, heads up trying to avoid the area until c.h.p. is on the scene and figures it out. right now no delays.

>> developing news a manhunt is underway in south carolina right now for a gunman who shot and killed nine people inside a church. police released these images of the suspect and the vehicle less than an hour ago. he is described as white man in his early 20s they say he opened fire at charleston emanuel am. church during bible study with eight people dying at the scene. survivors ahe sat down at the church meeting for an hour before opening fire. he ran away the mayor is calling this incident a "hate crime." >> it is the most dastardly act possible. >> the church was primarily black and the absoluter was white, one of the deadliest church shootings in history. there will be a rare vigil later

today. >> fairfield residents are return home after a massive explosion at a neighbor's home that sent a man to the h amy hollyfield is in fairfield with what police believe was behind it all. amy? amy? >> we are working on that microphone and we will get back to that important news story. >> officials in the bay area's biggest city take steps to crackdown on illegal fireworks in their community. our reporter is in san jose with more details. matt? >> yes, the past year we have had some serious fireworks injuries in san jose. firefighters are often the ones who have to deal with the aftermath. that is why 9 mayor liccardo and city council members and firefighters are getting behind a new proposed ordinance giving additional authority to cite

people over the fireworks with an increase in complaints. last year four people were injured in santa clara including a boy who was seriously injured and his father arrested after fireworks exploded in their home. with the drought fireworks could spark a fire. according to our media partner, the ordinance allows park rangers and code enforcement and community service officers to issue citations. the mayor liccardo said it gives san jose more eye on the street. the proposal will be discussed at june 23 city council meeting but would not be if place positive this fourth of july. santa clara county supervises voted on an ordinary nap to fine the property owners for illegal fire works use before the board of supervisors next week. >> this morning a memorial is growing in berkeley at the site of a balcony collapse that killed six people on tuesday.

running into a traffic lane to get around a fallen tree. the accident happened near an elementary school. according to the independent journal long before the accident neighbors have been pushing for safety measures to slow the traffic. residents and school officials say the drivers go faster than the 25 mile per hour speed limit. >> oakland police have arrested the father of a little girl who was shot in the chest two days ago. the four-year-old is recovering from a serious chest wound at children's hospital. his father 23-year-old and several others were shooting payment balls at people along international boulevard on tuesday. someone fired back with real bullets and one of the bullets hilts his daughter. police arrested miller after he went to the hospital to check on his daughter. the gunman has not been caught. >> a woman who lost a high profile gender skim face lawsuit against a silicon valley venture capital philadelphia could learn how much she owes the company.

>> what is the bomb questioned detonating the materials and the unfinished devices they took from his home. they say it took three trips three truckloads to get the stuff to a secure location and fenced in area where they could detonate it and over evacuated the neighborhood because they were in danger of being here and most people had a place to go. if not they set up a shelter at a nearby school for people. it took most of the night to detonate all of the devices and to hear it happen was a big scare. >> all devices and determine were detonated resulting in several explosions as a result of the intensity of the devices and the materials. there were over

abuse or failed to report it. the company said it is also reinforcing animal welfare training company-wide. >> a san francisco art gallery is receiving death threats over a mural depicting lgbt culture in the latino community. we were in the mission district and captured graffiti outside the galleria which features a male couple and a female couple that is defaced with spray hadn't. it is calmed a "hey crime," and people are issuing death threats online. they will restore the mural. >> a survey said voters in the south bay are willing to pay more for better roads and more convenient mass transit the survey of 750 voters was taken last month by the silicon valley leadership group and found that 68 percent of voters were willing to support a sales tax officer that would last for 30 years bridge the total sales tax in county to 9.25 percent. voters want to see the money

a memorial is growing. last night a silent candlelight vigil was held at civic center park to on the six victims. people gathered to pray at a memorial mass at oakland's cathedral of the christ light. most victims were from ireland visiting the bay area for the summer. the balcony they were standing on collapsed during a product party. >> the construction company that built the balcony has paid $6 million to settle lawsuits over claims of rotting balcony. ing is way construction settled two suits involving progresses in millbrae and san jose in response to tuesday's collapse, a spokesman said that segue construction has built more than 6,000 apartment units and has never had an incident like this. a number of officers believe the berkeley balcony was not water paragraphed properly the wood support rotted through. >> there is a gofundme page to help the families of the victims just started yesterday and raised $870 so far and they
