we have new details about the suspect in the newsroom. >> we just learned 21-year-old dylann roof has confessed to shooting the nine people at the church in charlesen, south -- charleston, south carolina he got the gun for his birthday in april and often made racist marks and wanted to start a race war. he is accused of gunning down worshippers at emanuel ame church in charleston during bible study and found 250 miles away from shell -- shelby, north carolina, a florist spotted him in the car and follow him until police showed up. >> that he would be here, why? i seen his head and i seen the hair cut and it was that bowl cut. >> the nine were killed included a recent college graduate and only one victim made it to the

hospital but died at the hospital. man victims had kids or grand kids and were dedicated to the church. roof is arraigned this morning and according to abc7 law enforcement officials say he confessed to shooting all of people. >> police are asking for the help to fine a driver involved in a hit-and-run accident. investigators say a woman was hit by a truck while crossing the street at the intersection right here yesterday morning. the 26-year-old victim was taken to the whom. we have no word open her condition. the truck is black and likely going to have front-end damage. >> a marin county judge will announce a decision whether a road rage case involving a doctor will go to trial. dr. simon is accused of shooting a map would drove on to his
