be building and the altamont pass is heavy so get an early start out of central valley. ain san jose a look at a construction site at 6th and santa clara. a hand climbed to the top of a crane. he climbed up and got inside the cab at the top at 8:30. police have been trying to talk him down all night. they have shut off power. he cannot move the crane. 100 construction workers have been toll not to come to work because of the situation. our reporter is there with a report including what we are learning of the man at 5:30. >> san francisco police are looking for the vandals who again deface add mural in the members district showing the lgbt experience. we are on the scene with that story. this is days before san francisco's pride festival right? >> pride is this weekend and this mural was supposed to be celebrated and start a discussion.

the gallery spent $3 the restoring it and now daze later it has been vandalized again installed to look like painting lending images from mexican culture with lgbt themes. now it is covered in black graffiti andlp the faces of the men and women scribbled out. >> this is an attempt to erase part of the community that people do not want to deal with. >> this is the second time a mural has been vandalized in a week. this is video from the last attack. someone defaced the art on monday or tuesday and the galleria received death threats and are planning a public forum to talk abut the issues. the museum along with volunteers from the community restored it last time and it shut be rewrittenned and reinstalled this week. there are cameras out here and that security video has been turned over to police.

information into a deadly highway shooting in the east bay. 20-year-old mendez of pittsburg was found dead after crashing into the center divider along highway 4 near pay point -- bay point. it is thought someone fired from another car possibly a honda. >> a memorial now stands outside a gas station and store in oakland after the death of a man shot by a security guard on friday night. the guard fired after a fining brought out help too the two men at international boulevard and high street. police are searching for a man accused of exposing himself at a parking lot at the gateway parking lot. a woman saw a man in a white 1992 honda near a 24 hour fitness and she wayed by the car the mans supposed himself and a few days earlier another woman saw a flasher near gate s way plaza and miss say it does not appear the two are related.
