i will talk about the doyle drive closure coming up happening next month. plan ahead. big closure. >> this could be a huge day in the history of the lgbt and same-sex marriage movements. the united states supreme court will issue a ruling whether states have the power to ban same-sex marriage and the ruling could come as early as today. matt keller is in the castro district. they are waiting to hear what will happen. matt? the castro is ready for san francisco pride this weekend and same-sex marriage supporters are hoping for something to celebrate to go along with it. the supreme court is reviewing legal challenges that same-sex marriage bans in four state michigan ohio tennessee and kentucky and justices will decide if they have a constitutional right to marry or states can dwayne marriage as a union of a "man and a woman." if states will not allow marriage, will they be forced to recognize the valid same-sex marriage from elsewhere? same-sex couples can marry in 36

jet has crashed during a training mission in southeast arizona. a witness posted this video on facebook. can you see the fire sparked by the crash. the jet went down during a night training mission five miles from douglas near the arizona and mexican border. the only person on board was the pilot with 162 underfirefighter wing of the arizona national guard. the sheriff said that the crash ruptures a gas line. the fate of the pilot is not then. >> a 24-year-old man who died in a weekend music festival in las vegas has been identified as a man from san francisco. officials say nicholas austin tomm died on sunday at the las vegas motor speedway during the electric daisy carnival electronic dance fast value. this photo is from his facebook. officials are waiting for toxicology reports. several hundred thousands tanned the carnival and this row is from the trailer on youtube.

a maximum security guard who delivered tools inside frozen inmates to prisoners before they escaped will be in court and is expected to plead not guilty. palmer worked the at correctional facility in new york where inmates david sweat and richard matt were reported missing. joyce mill itch a prison employee has been charged with helping them escape. >> a judge formally sentenced boston marathon bomber dzhakhar tsarnaev to death if the 2013 terror attack. moments before a judge this boston sentenced him, tsarnaev addressed survivors and families of the victims, surprisingly apologized but family members said it does not sound sincere. judge was required to impose the death sentence for the attack that killed they people and wounded more than 260 others. >> a storm has brought government flooding to parts of colorado with heavy rain
