celebrate during the weekend's parade. the supreme court is reviewing legal challenges to same-sex marriage bans in four state: michigan ohio, tennessee and kentucky. justices are speaked it decide if same sex couples have a constitutional right to marry or can states define marriage as a yawn between a man and a woman. if they do not allow the marriage, are they forced to recognize will have a it same-sex marriages from elsewhere? same-sex couples can marry in 36 states including california and the district, and parts of missouri. if a decision comes before saturday's ride parade in san francisco expect a lot of only motions. >> i am sure we will see the results either way. if it passes it will be a massive celebration. if not, we will feel the energy and probably a sightly more aggressive way but we will feel it either way. >> not court strike down the state ban it would invalidate the remaining antigay marriage laws in the country. if they rule for the states the ban in 14 states would survive
