united states based factory is at the center of a deadly attack at a gas factory in lyon. the president said that it was a pure terrorist attack according to investigators. the attackers stormed the plant killed one person and tried to blow up the factory and two people were hurt. the president hollande said one suspect is end arrest and the plant is operated by air products which is headquartered in pennsylvania. we will continue to bring you more on the story with the latest developments as they come in. a family could be a step closer to finally learning what happened to their daughter who disappeared seven years ago in the bay area. a dog is producing new leads of kristen modafferi. elissa harrington has the latest. >> a private investigator said he is 100 percent sure his dog picked up the cents of human remains but only test results

confirm if they are of kristen modafferi missing for 20 years. the 18-year-old college student from north carolina was living in the bay area when she vanished in 1997. she was representing in oakland at a home and worked at a coffee shop if san francisco. kristen modafferi was last seen leaving the job. private investigator said his cadaver dog picked up the cents of human remains near a drainage pipe in the basement of the home and the woman's family has been enoughed of the latest break in the case. >> at this point it sounds like it certainly coming something that could bring closure to what happened to our daughter. >> police searched the home back in 1997 after her disappearance but never found anything. investigators will look at oil samples and photographs. it could take 30 days to get the results. it 6:302. the supreme court could issue a
