santa clara supervisors approved a plan to seek legal action to stop a strike by county workers set for tuesday. 9,000 workers, nurses and health care providers at valley medical center. members of the union voted last week to go on strike as their contract with the county is set to expire. the county will ask a judge to issue an order to stop the strike unless the state labor board blocks the strike by tomorrow morning. >> convicted killer david sweat is in critical condition tonight. intense manhunt for the second escaped killer ended this afternoon in upstate new york. abc news reporter kenneth moten tells us it took one state police sergeant to catch him. >> wounded but alive, convicted murder and prison escapee david sweat back in custody in albany new york after three weeks on the run. applause and cheers grelteted andrew cuomo. >> residents showed their appreciation for law
