have breaks in the clouds and a clear drive. there is no fog to impede the visibility in the waldo and san francisco but as you pull into san francisco, in a couple of days we will have a 79-hour closure of doyle drive so that will affect your commute. >> keep reminding us. now, the man accused of killing a woman at pier 14 is scheduled to appear in court today. francisco sanchez confessed to killing 32-year-old kate steinle in an exclusive jailhouse interview with abc7. the deadly shooting has spark add fierce debate about undocumented immigrants. sanchez has been deported five times. hes with arrested in march on a drug charge. federal immigration authorities say he should never have been on the street. i.c.e. asked to have them notified when he was released but he was released under sanctuary policy that prohibitses the notification. >> city leaders are defending
