a public figure will die. the suspect is free on bail. >> new details: a teen from napa survived a deadly collapse of an ice cave in washington state. the collapse killed one and injured five. 18-year-old girl was with her boyfriend inside the cave. the woman killed was his than 6" from her. the high school graduate heard a loud pop and saw a sheet of ice coming through her and she shielded herself behind a large rock until it was over. >> three people are dead after a shooting near the baltimore campus of the university of maryland. another woman who was shot, survived. two men in two vans stopped near a group of people and jumped out and starting firing. detectives are trying to figure what prompted the shooting and if the victims were targeted. >> subway is suspending the relationship with jared fogle after federal authorities raid his indiana home. authorities were spotted taking

a two seat cessna 150 which was in the air for just minutes before the crash. the two passengers were presumed dead. authorities say the pilot of the f-16 ejected pair absoluting into a wooded land station. the coast guard flying into help seen lowering a medic to reach the pilot. experts say the cessna should have shown up on the fighter jet radar and air traffic controllers should have warned the cessna of the aetch aring jet. >>en withs say the cessna pulled up suddenly before the f-16 sliced through it and the ntsb and air force are now investigating. >> time is 4:44, the second house of representatives will begin debate on a proposal to remove the confederate flag from atop the statehouse. the senate approved the measure yesterday following a heated debate whether the flag represented heritage or hate. a final vote in the house of

peninsula and los altos at 77 and same in redwood city and mid-to-upper 60s along the coast with upper 60s in downtown, south san francisco, and sausalito. mid-to-upper 70s through the north bay with napa at 7 and vallejo at 75 and 69 in berkeley and everyone else in the low-to-mid 70s along the east bay shore with oakland at 70 and fremont at 75 and inland upper 70s to low 80s until brentwood at 83 degrees. the area of low pressure is moving closer to us and that means we will have spotty drizzle through 9:00 especially at the coast and clouds will open up but not so much as they have the last couple of days and you can see a better chance of wet weather tomorrow dug the morning commute and we will turn our eyes to the north bay the northern part of sonoma into lake and hen dough send where we have the best chance of a thunderstorm. my seven-day forecast shows today and tomorrow and friday is our cool of the day saturday through tuesday on a remaining trend and that will see the 80s and 90s return by the end of the seven-day forecast.

a thief in hercules stole some precious momentos from a newlywed couple and they are desperate to get them. the couple tied the knot june 26 and spent $3,000 on a professional photographer. our media partner the "contra costa times" reports that five days later someone broke into the photographer's car and stole the camera and all of the pictures. it happened outside of a starbucks in hercules and the we couple have set up a drop box hoping they will up load the photos with a link on our website at abc7news.com. okay you thought your job was tough, look at this: yes, a blowing puff. this happened during a rain delay and the players and crew helped unfold the tarp to free the man. >> the newest member of a family in bakersfield made the entrance into this world. >> he was born in the parking
