tonight. here is the man and we'll begin in vallejo tonight. >> reporter: this case may have come together because the suspect in all of this apparently left his cell phone behind at the most-recent home invasion. the couple in that march kidnapping stood with their hands held tightly, strongly alongside the attorneys who called for calling a hoax all while the alleged suspect continued on a crime spree. nearly four months after denise says she was kidnapped an attorney has been arrested for the kidnapping. >> the fact that we have wasted all of these resources for

have you let you have your day in court. >> members at the law firm where he practiced said they didn't want to talk on camera. he's slated to be disbarred next sunday arcs accused of telling a client he'd filed immigration pamers for a relative which he never did, but billed them anyway. he told agents he was a u.s. marine and may have been suffering from ptsd. we've learned from the marines he served from is 1995 and 1999 and left as a sargent and played trumpet in the marine band. he's a harvard law graduate laying out his plan in an immigration case. >> i'm going to ask an ice officer what are your intentions? >> he's connected to two bizarre kidnapping cases in dublin and

in irvine along highway 241. authorities evacuated several people from a camp ground. air tankers had to be brought in as they charted 150 acres. >> the man who pleaded guilty to two felony assault charges during a fight was sentenced today. the 26-year-old will spend five years in jail for attacking two men during a 49ers game. officials believe the victim's impact statement helped in the sentencing. >> we believe these cases should be prosecuted, that these types of individuals who attack innocent civilians should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. we believe we did that in this case. >> the second man has pleaded not guilt eye to charges and will be back in court august 31st.

>> owners of a south bay nudist camp were arraigned today. they're accused of stealing water from neighbors in the middle of this drought. vic lee is live with the story. vic? >> the owners did not enter pleas today they face seven charges in all, the most serious, a trespassing charge carries a term of three years. the allegation is simple. a business who ran out of water in the drought and decided to divert water from neighbors. >> after that nudist camp, then there is more to this 11 can see. a clothing optional nudist camp in the los gatos hills. they're charged with diverting water from the open space district. the group manages 60000 acres

the district refused the camp's request to install water lines to one of the creeks to siphon water for this pool in an 87,000 gallon tank. abc7 news toured the camp. two wells on the camp's acres were drying up. >> we're just regular people here and need to water. >> lawns were gone. residents conserved water by 40%. ne began tracking in at great expense. >> they trucked in 38 hup gallons at a time. it ranges to over $400 per truck load. >> rangers dismantled lines from the creek to the camp. >> if there was no doubt this case would be still filed with a four-year drought becomes more urgent. >> they left the court house after the hearing declining to
