the water they used to put out fire and they had to shut down two lanes of traffic headed into the eastbound direction and while they dealt with the tire they had to shut down the traffic for an hour with no one being hurt. they re-opened the lanes at 11:20 and investigators are trying to figure out what happened. the debris may have caught fire from a cigarette tossed out the window fortunately the fire did not cause any traffic accident. >> the national transportation safety board this morning will take up the highway crash that killed ten people north of sacramento last year. a fed ex truck crossed the median and hilt a tour bus head on on interstate highway. both vehicles burst into flames. five hive students and five adults were killed including the driver of the truck and the because. 37 others were injured. the c.h.p. determined the truck driver was at fault. >> new details this morning in the case of a missing baby from
