he will be transferred to firm authorities in sacramento. he is expected to be in court august 7. while he waits law enforcement are digging looking for evidence to link him to other unsolved cases. >> mathew muller faces a slew felony charges kidnapping, burglary and attempted robbery for two cases he now is tied to in vallejo and dublin. authorities are now trying to determine if he is behind two home invasions in palo alto and mountain view six years ago. tones for vallejo kidnapping victims denise husband kins and her boyfriend spoke on "good morning america" today saying they are trying to get their life back. >> it is a tremendous sense of relief but does not change she cannot feel safe in her home that she has lost her dignity that she has been publicly shamed and now she needs to go through the court process as a victim of a very serious crime. >> huskins was tied up, held for

ransom and sexually assaulted before she was let go. investigators have not said if muller is the person who sent a string of bizarre e-mails to san francisco chronicle and huskins' attorney. "we are deeply ashamed and regretful." the kidnappers claim to be car thieves and huskins was not the intended target. attorneys for the victims believe there are more suspects in huskins' case. >> it has been a horrible nightmare and we are hoping they can start doing their job now the police, and actually both of us believe there are other people out this. >> tones for the victims say they are not sure if their clients will file a civil lawsuit. people would believe they of victims of a similar crime are urged to call the f.b.i. >> mathew muller told authorities he is a former main

suffering from ptsd and the attorney said the 38-year-old's mental history will be brought up in court. >> it is true what they have contained in the complaint he suffers from bipolar disorder. certainly he has had a history of mental illness that certainly will be part of our defense. >> looking more closely at muller's back ground he joins the marines as a teen and served four years until 1999 and attended harvard law school and graduated in 2012. he worked as an immigration attorney in san francisco. he was disbarred in january for misconduct including lying to a client and taking their money. muller was arrested two weeks ago in lake tahoe if a june 5 home invasion in dublin. >> an investigation is underway into a fail shooting near southern san jose. a man was shot at 9:30 last night on monterey road south of the pg&e substation. this is video near where the shooting took place. the man suffered one gunshot
