in berkeley, abc7 news. >> an emotionally charged trial over frozen embryos involving a cancer survivor her ex-husband and uscf today. abc7 news is live in san francisco outside of the court house with more. katie? >> reporter: dr. lee said she rushed to sign paper work, anything to preserve her her fertility to go on to treat her cancer. but that paper work said embryos would be destroyed in the case of divorce. the trial may be the mid point of a major legal battle. >> we're prepared to take this up as far as appeal goes. >> in 2010, dr. lee and her then husband signed paper work to create the embryos. >> under california law there is a difference between a medical directive. >> fresh from a cancer diagnosis

cross used his security clearance to carry drugs into secured areas and on to planes. two other airport workers were also arrested. in may, another a ramp agent. two screeners are accused of receiving bribes in return for allowing carry on bags to pass through security in march. >> they let the bags go through. >> the u.s. attorney says this is a bigger issue. >> the issue is airport security. we'd be concerned if anyone used that access to smuggle in guns and explosives. absolutely. >> it's happened at atlanta international airport. more than a hundred guns were smuggled on to flights from atlanta to new york last year. federal agents arrested a delta
