earthquake made for a busy morning with inspection of the bart tracks after an early delay. things are moving now. >> signature back to normal at fremont bart station after a short period of delays. that is because of the 4.30 earthquake. the train just left. a lot of commuters are relieved everything is back to normal and on time the trains have been coming and going at the station without any issues. the delays were reported up to half an hour system-wide this morning and morning commuters say they rushed out of the house to catch an early train so they would not be late. the delays are no longer an issue. a mantles us rather than the alarm going off it was the earthquake that woke it up at 2:41. >> i woke up with a yosemite and i thought it was my air

but they could not go back inside. ten people had to find somewhere else to sheep. the red cross was here to help. the call came this at 11:45. no ones with hurt. later this morning, they will get a better sense of how much damage was done and they will look for the fire's cause. disturbing news from modesto. the suspect in the killings of five people was also the focus of an investigation into the murder of a two-year old boy. the 30-year-old martin martinez of san jose is the primary suspect in the deaths of his girlfriend's dr. an man da crews, their six-month-old daughter meese and girlfriend's daughter from another relationship. police say martinez is a suspect in the october death of christopher ripley the 2-year-old son of crews and her ex-husband.

the fremont bart station where it is moving again after the 4.0 tremor. janet? trains have been coming and going from fremont on the bart station without issues this is a continue-minute delay up graded from 30-minute delay because of the 4.30 earthquake that struck in fremont along the fault line. commuters are happy to note it is back to normal in time for the rush hour. >> i am relieved. there will not so so much congestion. a ton of people on bart in the morning and people will not be late for work. >> a few bart riders tell us they arrived at the bart station to catch an early train so they would not be late for work or a job interview and many were already up when the earthquake hit at 23:41 a.m. and it was felt throughout the east bay, in fact fremont police say they received a lot of causes from
