area. >> right now a meeting just getting underway in yolo county so fire officials can update the community on their response. this is the meeting in winters. the fire has been burning near lake berryessa. it is now 55% contained. other good news all evacuations and road closures have been lifted. fire officials lifted mandatory evacuations and re-opened highway 50 in el dorado county after gaining ground on a wildfire burning there since thursday. it has scorched more than 200-acres and is now 70% contained. the cause of the fire still being investigated. drew tuma shows us how the weather affected these fires. >> the wind once again a factor this weekend. first we'll take you to the lake berryessa area, the wragg fire i contained to 55%. the winds not so go. out of she southwest at 16 miles-per-hour.

on monday a san diego judge is expected to dismiss a lawsuit against the state filed bill nally ill people who want the right to die. one broke down in tears after testifying yesterday. she has stage four lung cancer in their brain liver, spine and rib is. she wants doctors to have the legal right to prescribe fatal medication to her and people like her. >> today's ruling will very likely sentence me to a very very painful and protracted death. >> the judge said, you're asking this court to make new law. if new law is made it should be by the legislature or by a
