all. it is, in fact, a sig-alert, and, possibly, a second accident involving an overturned vehicle. we wonder if they are same or separate. five miles per hour is the top speed. it will take you more than an hour to head from walnut creek to oakland so, bart, take bart. this is causing light conditions as the toll plaza toll plaza, and the traffic is light. >> people holding to jog or walk on the if peninsula watershed in san mateo will be met with locked gates the trails are closed because of concern of lightning strikes prompting wildfire. along the peninsula and in the areas around mount tamalpais and marin county, the watershed will remain closed through today and it will be reassessed for the weekend depending on weather conditions. our reporter janet o has more on the closure at 6:30.

2015 nfl season. this happened last year, too, former coach harbaugh ended his public practice when the grass wasn't working out. they had to replace it three times last year. they have a plan to replace it as the crazy concert here with screaming girls, taylor swift is performing. they will be replacing the sod after that. levi stadium will be home to super bowl 50 next february and the game is setting a record. 30 second tv spot is shing for $5 million.
