>> eric, the santa clara police department is expected to come out and speak about the inaccident from last night and aldon smith's arrest. he was released from the santa clara county jail at 8:30 this morning. he bailed out. smith was ad last note by santa clara police for d.w.i. hit-and-run and vandalism. he was booked into jail. police have not released details about the arrest. he spoke to the media in front of the santa clara a county jail. this is what he said.
