>> fire crews arrived to reinforce the lines on three fronts. they hope to slow the flames this morning. happening today, access on part of san francisco's busy market street will be closed off to drivers starting at 7:00, drivers will not be allowed to turn right on to market between 3rd and a street with taxis and buses and trucks exempt. the fine for violating the restriction is $238. companies are asked to reflect the changes because officials say they will not accept g.p.s. instructions as an excuse for violators. we will have that story live at the top of the hour. >> starting today, law enforcement officials will crackdown on drivers who keep cable car operators safe, where citations handed to drivers who ignore the do not pass law, public drunkenness campaign, and additional safety measures in place. two cable car operators were

forward but it looks like they will pick up in the same areas as they did year, small craft advisory for the west delta to the golden gate bridge and bay bridge. tens are supposed to be 82, the average in san jose and mid-to-upper 70s for most of the south bay and up to 82 in los gatos and my 80s around morgan hill and gilroy and a cloudy mid-70 day if you are going to santa cruz. we have mid-to-upper 70s on the peninsula today with redwood city and palo alto at 77 and mid-60s along the coast to upper 60s in downtown south san francisco and sausalito at 66 and we have mid-70s to nearly 80 through the north bay with the 80 being certain that rose and napa, and 69, breezy and extra cloud cover in berkeley and low-to-mid 70s elsewhere along the east bay shore and fremont and castro valley at 76 and upper 70s in the san ramon valley with san ramon at 79 and low-to-mid 80s federal everyone else in the east bay. tonight, another cool night, a great night of sleeping, hitting it hard this morning because of the cooler conditions.
