>> tenant of building destroyed by massive fire in san francisco tonight are suing. one person died and more than 50 people lost their homes and businesses. katie explains why they are taking the owner of the building to court. >> she and her daughter currently leif on treasure island. they used to live here at the corner of 22nd and mission. until january 28. >> fire escape was blocked with metal bar like those but you can't i couldn't open it. so then we just started both panicking. >> fares got them out unharmed but that emotional distress is at the heart of a civil lawsuit filed this week on behalf of 47 displaced tenants. >> we believe that the conditions at the property caused the fire and also caused the fire to spread and also caused the horrific experience

from the exploratorium camera this is what the morning commute includes. foggy area for the morning. warming up tomorrow. triple digit coming up this upcoming weekend for inland spots. don't worry. not everyone gets hot. this system is on the move and as the low moves on out we see high pressure coming in in place of it. so with that low lifting out, high pressure will bring some heat with it and that means inland areas will feel it with upper 90's to low 100 along the coast we keep enough of a sea breeze to keep the temperatures in check. so for your friday it's warmer pat he were. upper 60's to low 70's inland 80's in the low 90's for the warmest spots and look what happens on saturday we see those upper 90's in inland area and triple digit showing up and along the coast line we look at some beach weather with 70's. sunday is going to be just as hot if not agents bit hotter inland but a little bit cooler at the coast. temperatures first thing tomorrow morning starting out in the mid 50's to the upper 50's for the coolest spots like
