>> it is very busy we have two major (a)s now mocking lanes. first i will get to this, southbound 880 where we are seeing the slowing. we have an overturned vehicle and it is blocking two lips. with -- two lanes. with that delay you can expect more delays. we will have alternates ahead. eastbound highway 37 at wilson avenue, a flipped big rig before you get to the bridge or as you pass the bridge in the eastbound direction. it is blocking slow downs and we will find out more information in the next report. >> thank you. we have breaking news in the east bay three people are dead following a fiery accident along san pablo dam road. emergency crews arrived last night to find flames literally shooting from a red camaro that brad sided another car and crashed into a tree. according to the c.h.p. the driver was taken to the hospital where major injuries ask three of the passengers died. that is all the passengers.

the driver of the other car suffered minor injuries. the c.h.p. said which will and speed were factors in the crash. janet o is on the scene with a report at 5:30. >> developing news in the south bay, a small strip mall is closed to the public at this hour as police investigate an officer-involved shooting that left a suspect dead. our reporter is at the scene. >> there are a lot of questions following the shooting that happened overnight. there are ten patrol cars on the scene and the mobile command center is set up. you can see the strip mall. it appears there is a 7-eleven, and laundromat and restaurants and a spa. it happened at 10:10 when san jose police department arrived on the scene for a follow-up investigation. this is in the 3100 block of center road. they are not elaborating on the

follow-up investigation. they did contact a male suspect. police say that man reached for a hand gun. the officers fired and struck the man. he was pronounced dead on the scene. they have not released his identification. we did speak with a man last night who said he spoke with the deceased man's brother. >> i heard four shots. after five minutes i heard two more. the police were all over the place. >> if you are drying in this area, note that center road, the morning lane, between capitol expressway and south side drive is blocked off. san jose police have not said at what point they expect to re-open the area or if any of the businesses will be open. we do know two officers are involved. they are on paid leave and as the santa clara district attorney and san jose police
