station re-opened after the shooting so if you are just waking up, all is back to normal. >> more now open shooting at the part station, a man is in critical condition after authorities say he shot himself during a a police. the officers confronted the map smoking on the platform and he resisted and they tazed him. police say he shot himself in the stomach trying to get his gun. the officers are both wearing body cameras and the footage is being reviewed. the bart station was closed for several hours but re-opened at 11:30 last night. >> a former high school teacher was arrested and company are in shock especially because of his alleged crime, child pornography. amy hollyfield is at the high school where he taught for decades. amy? >> police say there is no evidence that anything illegal happened here at the school or

with any of his students. 66-year-old marshall pfeiffer was arrested yesterday. he just retired from the high school in lafayette in june. he taught english for 25 years. police say the crime happened inside his walnut creek home. that is where they say they found files of child importantgraphy stored on the computer. news of the arrest spread quickly on the campus where students had given marshall pfeiffer high ratings. >> i am surprised. you like to thing it will not happen in your community. >> i am sure the school district doesn't have anything to do with its because they cannot monitor people 24 hours a day but it is disturbing certainly. >> police arrested marshall pfeiffer at his home yesterday morning and say he is being cooperative. anyone with any relevant information to the case should call the school district or the police department.

exposed himself. he was spotted near university avenue. another woman reported being flashed near monroe park last week. police say a reported kidnapping in oakland was a domestic dispute. a witness told the officers they saw a man driving a woman and putting her in the trunk of a car along sterling drive. the woman contacted police late yesterday and told them she was unharmed. >> the mayor of san jose doesn't want to see good food go to waste so the city is launching a new partnership to cut out waste and need those in need at the same time. today, the city of san jose and an organization called silicon valley talent participateship will launch a new program called feeding silicon valley. the goal is to get donors include grocery stores and restaurants to donate excess food to local charities. the new partnership conducts the two using a new app with new details this afternoon. >> a bill to open a third eastbound lane on the richmond-san rafael is on the governor's deck, the bill by the assemblyman won unanimous approval in the senate and
