high cloud or two rolling through the sky the rest of the weekend forecast, leyla? here is a look at a quiet eastern span of the bay bridge as we look from emeryville camera we have a report there is a possible stalled vehicle westbound side at treasure island so just be aware one lane could be blocked but it does not appear that traffic is slowing with emergency road repair that closing down one lane as you head in the westbound direction along 205 and we have delays as you pull away from i-five and when you are beyond the scene it is all clear and good to go over the altamont pass, and a little bit of volume building but, of course, we are looking ahead to the big transbay tube closure for bart with more details coming up. >> as you mentioned be getting in and out of san francisco will be tougher than usual this weekend with bart again shutting down the transbay tube with service from tomorrow through monday, for maintenance work, a bus bridge runs between oakland's 19th street and the

>> the alleged crime and arrest resulting from the investigation of the inmate degrees at the santa clara county main jail has shocked the community and those people inside the sheriff deputy. the sheriff laurie smith made an emotional statement about the arrest of three of her own deputies. 27-year-old matthew farris, 28-year-old jerry lubrin and 27-year-old rodriguez are accused of killing inmate michael tyree. they were supposed to be conducting a routine search when it turned violent. the coroner found he pled to death after blunt force trauma and found naked in a single cell covered in feces much the deputies are charged with suspicion of murder, assault under color of authority, and conspiracy. >> accuse murders were booked, finding printed and photographed at the jail, the same jail where they are accused of taking the life of an inmate they swore to protect. >> investigators say the three

deputies were the only ones on duty when he died. video evidence of the crime has not been released. it could be arraigned on tuesday. michael tyree's family say he suffered from mental illness and was jail on a minor charge. a rally will take place outside the jail in protest of guard violence. a teenager with autism has grouped in oakland's popular like temescal, the 19-year-old was walking with his older sister on the west side trail and he slipped and fell into the water last night. his sister tried to save him but she did not know how to swim. a good samaritan saved the sister but could not get to her brother in time. emergency workers pull him out but he died at the hospital. >> four people are recovering after a car hit them right outside the galleria shopping center in san francisco yesterday evening. the crash happened at 7:00 and all the victims went to the hospital and miss are investigating try to determine who was at fault.
