mid-afternoon. they will work on pole. avoid this area. you need to plan around it until mid-afternoon. >> 4:31. developing news involving the san francisco 49ers this morning, a better is missing and another is dead after a crash off the coast of catalina island. the victim is identified as 26-year-old michael harris, the son of former 49ers c.e.o. peter harris. the 26-year-old was with his girlfriend and three friends their catalina's casino point and the zing give was hit by a boat at 1:30 yesterday morning. harris was pronounced dead at scene and the girlfriend and two friends were flown to the hospital. another better has not been found. matt keller will have a full report at top of the hour. >> police are investigating a shooting that left a man dead in antioch around 6:30 yesterday. officers arrived they found a

man with one gun shot wound. he was taken to the hospital but later died. no arrests have been made. year's killing marks the third homicide of the year. >> san francisco police credit a video with helping catch a bicyclist accused of attacking a driver's car during critical mass. it was caught open video. you can see the bicyclist swinging a u look at a zipcar. this happened on marina boulevard august 26. officers arrested ian hisbelt near at&t park on saturday night blocking the driver from leaving. >> a stand off between morgan hill police and an armed robbery suspect came to an end with the suspect under arrest. the man was hole up in this apartment complex since saturday night. officers evacuated 20 residents while looking for one of two accused of robbing a store employees were ordered into a
