fix. they say they do not believe drinks or drugs are to blame for the crash but pole she took the exit too quickly and lost control. developing news involving the san francisco 49ers. a better is missing and another dead after a crash off the coast of sat plane island. the victim is 26-year-old michael harris. he is the son of former 49ers c.e.o. peter harris. the 26-year-old was with his girlfriend friend and three friends near the catalina point when the dinghy was hit by a boat at 1:30 yesterday morning. he was pronounced dead at the scene. the girlfriend and two others were flown to the hospital. a 5th better has not been found. matt keller will have a full report at top of the hour. >> police are investigating a shooting that left a man dead in antioch. it happened around 6:30 p.m.

yesterday. officers arrived they found a map with at least one gunshot wound. he was taken to the hospital but he died. no arrests have been made. yesterday's killing marks the city's third homicide of the year. >> san francisco police credit a video with helping them catch a bicyclist accused of attacking a driver's car during critical mass. it was caught on video as you can see, the bicyclist was swinging a u lot and a zipcar. it happened on marina boulevard august 28. officers arrested the man near at&t park on saturday night. he was blocking the driver from leaving. a stand off between morgan hill police and an armed robbery suspect ends with the suspect under arrest. the man was holed up in an apartment complex on barry court since saturday night. officers evacuated 20 residents while looking for to machine accused of robbing a game store. the men ordered employees and
