>> we have been saying bart transbay tube is open but not without major headaches. riders are experiencing big delays this morning and are teeing with a new issue at at least one station. matt is at the embarcadero with the latest. >> people are arriving here at the embarcadero station, trains are coming through the transbay tube and it is back open, bad news, we have been hearing of complains of the major delays and that is normal after repairs to thing the track. another side effect of repairs, it is gusty inside the embarcadero with trains coming through. your eyes will water and coughing and a headache if you are there too long. hopefully that will clear up. commuters face 20-minute system-wide delays and we have heard from some of delays up to 45 minute along after a section of the track was replaced promising a more efficient ride through the transbay tube.
