point on anchor drive not far from port chicago highway north of highway four. we get to abc7 reporter amy hollyfield at sketch. amy? >> neighbors think it started in this van behind me. they say they have seen some suspicious, illegal activity going on the van that possibly someone lives in it and they think the fire started there. it spread to the home behind it and that home was destroyed. there were a total of four homes burned in this huge fire, two of them are a total loss. two vehicles were also fully involved and seven people were hurt, they all suffered from smoke inhalation, three treated at the john but they took four to the hospital and one of the victims has second-degree buns to his back. residents say they work up when they heard an explosion. firefighters say it was likely the sound the tires on the cars bursting. a man was home alone and feels

we have a sig-alert traveling northbound 101 at 280, a taxicab versus another vehicle and it is blocking two lanes until 6:40 this morning. we do have construction in the area and that could potentially contribute to the accident but it is certainly tripping to the delays. we backed up. on grand avenue westbound 80 we have an accident and we have heavy delays from the macarthur maze to san francisco because of the metering lights at the bay bridge. >> the record high heat is ramping up the fire danger and cruise are on high alert after fire came dangerously close to home. matt? >> kristen, in 20 minutes we saw a san jose fire department engine on the coyote creek trail patrolling the area looking for hotspots shining the so the light on both sides. on this side you could see how burned the ground is and this is

have a good one. now our friday commute. what did you have? >> we have drive time traffic tracy to dublin is almost an hour and ten members, 80 southbound from dublin to mission boulevard, south, 21 minutes to the south bay. no problems which is wonderful but we do have a problem in san francisco and it is a sig-alert. northbound highway 101 will be at 280 so it looks like we have two lanes still blocked off, the two far right hand lanes and the delays are backing up from candlestick so it looks like the sig-alert is around until 6:40 so plan ahead for slowing. if san francisco we have a big concert backing remark and re-routing muni, 2015 nfl kickoff concert at 3:30 this afternoon so, do expect major delays. also, starting tomorrow, at 9:00 a.m., golden gate bridge ferry will experience delays at the san francisco ferry terminal because of construction there and that will last through
