the bay area today from the valley fire. we are looking at destruction. our reporter is at the napa county fairgrounds in calistoga. >> each new look at the destruction that we see is opening a fresh wound for all that was lost. many of the evacuees have no home to return to. now we look at a local landmark reduced to ashes which stood on the cobb mountain since 1885, with couples dancing to big band musics in the 30's and 40s and now only a chimney remains of the resort that will set employed up to 100 people dug the summer. the owner said that the memories will remain but the history cannot be replaced. other fire victims like ray, lost everything. she is holding on to hope seeing yesterday's rain as a fresh start. you lose your whole life because everything burns up. i have my life but i just don't

by vallejo police will file a claim. she was in court. lawyers for mathew muller drop add motion to suppress evidence related to the cell phone and police used to connect muller to several crimes. this march, the boyfriend of denise huskins told police that kidnapers broke into the couple's home and abducted her and demanded money. police called the kidnapping a hoax after huskins turned unsafe but in jail muller was charged with a crime. the claim to be filed is the first step to a lawsuit. >> you can voice your opinion on the land to implode part of the old eastern span of the bay bridge. the engineers want did 50 use explosives to remove a pier that supported the old bridge and some say it could pollute the bay. engineers argue let damage is done in a few seconds than in a month that it wrote take to tear it down. today's public meeting begins at 2:00 p.m. at the ferry building in san francisco. >> the republican presidential field came out swing at donald
