leyla? >> we are starting off with a look in the north bay. at look at san rafael and 101 moving along fine as you make the commute between san rafael and toward minimum valley and coming through the waldo tunnels you can see clear conditions. i saw the zip are truck a few minutes ago and it looks like it made its way to the marin side and we have an extra lane for southbound traveling between marin into san francisco. we do have one new car fire and this is reported on 580 near western avenue with possible lanes blocked. we also have still have a lane closed down because of this accident which is causing delays northbound highway 101 at marsh road so there is red through there and helpfully that can be pushed to the shoulder. >> a disaimed dog's wheelchair is missing and the san francisco family is calling for your home. the 13-year-old pug is slowly losing nerve function that allows him to walk and he has to be carried for a long distance

and up and down the stairs a week ago someone stole his wheelchair from the street while his owner was carrying hill down the stairs. without it, he has a hard time moving. >> very uncomfortable for him. with the wheelchair he can go two- or three-miles and keep us with our other dog and doing phenomenal. it was pa to see him running again. >> the family said that wheelchair cost around $400 and they set up a gofundme account to give buddha a new wheelchair. look for the link on abc7news.com. >> if southern california, a dog rescue turned out to be more complicated and more scary than thought. a dog slipped off a hiving trail and fell 200' down a canyon. animal control responded and put a special harness on her but look what happened. whoa, the rescuer slips down further and everyone realized it
