away. the park service says it's not unusual for the flares to wash ashore every now and again, but they do warn people it's not safe to touch them because they carry phosphates. also four teens needed to be rescued after getting caught in a riptide. members of the beach patrol warned the kids to stay out of the pacific. paramedics treated and released two at the scene. two girls went to the hospital for more help. but all are expected to be okay. containment of the massive valley fire grew to 80% and another body has been found. lake county authorities say they believe they have located the remains of 66-year-old robert fletcher. he was reported missing september 16. a positive identification has yet to be made. meanwhile fema took an aerial tour of
