woman's body from the water in san mateo today. two people discovered the body in a waterway at seal point park. bikers were called in but they determined that the woman had were passedway. an autopsy will determine how she died. a bicyclist going the wrong way in traffic was hit and killed this morning. police say the man was headed northbound in the southbound lanes without lights. last night around 10:00. the driver slammed into him. police do not believe alcohol or speed was fact you're. >> a group of cyclists say they're being targeted. someone is leaving dangerous tacks on the kings mountain road. sir gentleman quintana is live with the details. >> reporter: what they say -- what is worse, they say -- actually it's bad enough they're having to repair the damage to

their bicycles because of all the tacks left out there, but because bikers can coast downhill on that twisty road, upwards of 20-miles-an-hour, blowout from the tacks could be dangerous, even deadly. kings mountain road names down the mott for several miles. it twists and turns, making for a fun but challenging ride. but over the last few year bicyclist say someone has been trying to flatten their rides because of tacks. no one has been injured but last weak eight members of a righting member were -- and they real a's instead of someone tossing them. it seems someone made a special effort to cause damage. >> the last episode was particularly vicious because somebody halved placed the tacks pointy side up in a crack on the road so they were there and guaranteed to give flats. >> reporter: this is a picture of the little tacks that one of
