>> breaking news in the south bay where just one month after app inmate died inside the santa clara county jail. another found dead tonight. good evening. >> now the circumstances of the inmate death not clear tonight. >> alan live in san jose with what we know. alan? >> let me tell you what we do know. correctional deputy here at the santa clara county main jail found a male inmate passed out in his cell around 10:30 this morning. the deputy gave him cpr until the medic arrived but they couldn't resuscitate him and pronounce the inmate dead at 11:00 o'clock.so far the cause of death has not been determined. now the same jail a month ago 3 deputy accused of murdering inmate michael tyree. autopsy showed he died from blunt force trauma and internal bleeding. 2 of the deputy are out on bail and expected to enter plea next month. the third deputy has a bail hearing
