morning. that's when staff started first aid and cpr. san jose fire and paramedics were called to the jail and tried to resuscitate him, but he was declared death. the cause of death has not been determined. this staff is receiving greater scrutiny because of another death a month ago. three are accused of murdering an inmate. an autopsy showed he died from blunt force trauma and internal bleeding. the third deputy is scheduled to be in court for a bail hearing later today. reporting live, matt keller, abc 7 news. a coroner's jury found the death of an inmate earlier this year was due to natural causes. hamilton died at the west county detention facility. his cell mate hit the emergency call button when she collapsed. she died from a fatal

inflammation in the abdomen. police were at the scene of a shooting that left two people dead. there were four shots the area. they arrived to find two men dead inside a car. no word on suspects or motive. new video of a crash that started a small brush fire. the crash took out a power pole near highway 37 west of the sonoma raceway yesterday afternoon. the power lines sparked the dry brush. firefighters quickly put the fire out. the fire caused a big backup in the evening commute. daily city police are asking for help to track town do man missing since sunday. the 35-year-old was last seen around 3:00 a.m. sunday morning. he may have visited a casino in the area. he's 5'3", weighs 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. if you have seen him, call daily city police. killer bees have been found

in the bay area for the first time. researchers have found them in the east bay. the furthest north to date. >> reporter: they look and sting like any typical honey bee, be what sets them apart is the fact they are extremely aggressive when their hive is disturbed. now that they have been spotted, the park district is on alert. >> nobody want s s to hear abou killer bees. >> reporter: but they can kill. it happened last month in riverside when a construction worker disturbed an underground hive. joshua cone discovered the killer bees in the east bay last year as far north as they have ever come. >> given that the weather has been very warm, it seemed likely they moved somewhat and indeed they have. >> reporter: as for residents we talked to, no one is panicking. killer bees are just one more

home. 380,000 injuries were caused by tv topplings. researchers are encouraging parents to make sure tvs are secure and preventing children from trying to climb them. swimming pools, magnets and window blinds. a drone store in southern california cannot catch a break from serial burglars. thieves hit the store for a third time making off with thousands of dollars in cash and merchandise. in this video, five people are seen ransacking the store. altogether they made off with $35,000 in equipment. the incident is similar to a break in here in the bay area a couple weeks ago. two burglars broke into a drone store in santa clara. those thieves made off with $5,000 worth of items. some shoppers at a flea market received a shock they won't forget and it wasn't over sticker prices.
