20-year-old kwangmin jin is a serial social media rapist who met the victims on tinder, scout, and facebook. kwangmin jin raped four women in fremont. police caught up with ginnin' and arrested him in champaign, illinois, where he is a student at university of illinois. with the assaults happening between may and august while he was him from college living with his parents at his home in san ramon. >> i did not know the guy but my friends knew his brother and it is shocking because san ramon is a small and safe town. >> police say kwangmin jin used kevin park, and germany lee but police will not say where the assaults took place, but they believe this could be month victims who may not even realize what happened.
