hit a vehicle at the crossing in burlingame. according to the witnesses, a woman who is not from the area was stuck after turning on to the tracks thissing it was a street she made it out with help from a good samaritan. >> the rain is for safety precaution we allowed the passengers to get off and another train picked them up. >> here is video from a minor accident in september also in burlingame. it stranded 900 passengers. they were stuck for more than an hour with no air conditioning and little communication from caltrain prompting some of the passengers to escape through the windows. a number of people have criticized caltrain for the handling of the accidents and insurance department and the c.e.o. has apologized say they must do better.
