battery and sutter streets. so let get to the scene right now. sergio is there. do we know who is at fault yet? >> reporter: that's actually something that investigators are trying to piece together. this investigation is still in progress. you can see a bunch of police officers and the bicycle that was involved in this collision, also the bus that unfortunately made contact with that male rider, 47 years old. unfortunately he did not survive. he was just -- the body was recently taken away by the medical examiner. showing you some video. we're told the bicyclist was not in a bike lane or a shared lane. we're also being told that the bicyclist was riding between two buses and made contact with one of them. traffic on market was shut down immediately after this collision. people on the buses were offloaded, questioned to see if they say anything, and then put on other buses. right now investigators are piecing together how the

it's been a very long 24 hours for frustrated passengers. they've been camping out here at the airport. tonight they're telling a story about a scary flight over the pacific. >> come back for now, a little short of runway. make sure there's nothing wrong. >> audio from sfo's control tower indicates the 3:00 a.m. sunday landing of the flight was anything but routine. emergency crews were standing by. this aircraft inspected for a fuel leak before proceeding to the gate. marcela and several other passengers were on the flight from sfo to hong kong saturday afternoon when it return to san francisco four hours into the flight. the pilot telling passengers -- >> it was fuel problem. the airplane was using more fuel than usual. and they were not sure if we going to make it to hong kong so

orinda and martinez. it spread quickly to six acres. firefighters were able to stop it from spreading. no structures threatened. two people died after small plane crashed and hit a house in south lake tahoe. two othersed in the vacation home managed to escape. that single engine plane tack off from the south lake tahoe airport 30 minutes before it crashed. the crash sparked a small fire and forced two people inside the home to make a run for it. san francisco resident describes the moments. >> when we looked out the window and saw flames, at that point we just grabbed the dog. wings had come off the plane and it was like the main part of the plane that ended up right next to the house. >> federal investigators trying to figure out what went wrong there. some residents in the east bay and the peninsula may notice their water tastes a little different, maybe smell not what they're using to over the next
