large. they can be seen across san rafael and ross valley starting at mission avenue on the south end of boyd memorial park and threatened one home north of the marin academy. crews knocked down the flames in an hour. the trio accused of killing two people will be arraigned today in marin county. sean michael angold, lila scott allgood, and morrison haze lampley are charged in the case and expected to make share first court appearance. the victims, steve carter and audrey carey were found, morrison haze lampley was the gunman in both. all three are charged with multiple murders with essential circumstances making the death penalty a possibility. >> our reporter, amy hollyfield, will joins from the courthouse where proceedings will begin in a few hours. >> san francisco police are investigating related incident, a suicide and assault. a 26-year-old new yorker in town

for a medical convention committed suicide on sunday jumping from the roof of the hotel and a worker was reported missing and she was found in a penthouse suffering from life threatening injuries. while searching the room officers found evidence linking the assault to the suicide. >> i can tell you the case is being handle by a special victims unit and the unit does investigate certain cases such as crimes against children, domestic violent, sexual assault that type of thing. >> woman was taken to san francisco jennifer treatment and police need "critical," condition. >> new goes of the actions of a deputy charged in the death of a santa clara jail inmate. rodriguez is linked to searches whether someone can die from being punched in the armpit and stomach. searches were done last month, soon after michael tyree was found beaten to death in the jail. rafael rodriguez and two others

are charged with murder. in court yesterday, the judge ordered them to stay away from the, jails and inmates and pushed back the plea hearing to november 9. >> officials are trying to determine what led to accidents involving four separate agencies on bay area rails. two were deadly. including man hit by a light rail in san jose. our reporter has more. melanie? >> it is sad. at 4:30, vta say a pedestrian was hit near fruitvale. he was trapped for an hour. you can see first responders attempting to pull him out. despite the efforts, the man died at the scene. another has lived in the area 40 years. >> in train horn to let anyone know they are coming. v.t.a. said this is a designated quiet area because of the nearby homes. a spokesperson said in this case the pedestrian was trespassing and was in the right-of-way between the tracks and the fence.
