it shows you that blocked off area and the huge size of the sink hole. abc 7 news rorter on the scene all afternoon. chris, day anybody get hurt? >> thankfully, no injuries to report, cheryl. but crews are currently trying to figure out what exactly happened. that sink hole has grown in the past couple of hours. i'm going to step out of the way so you can take a closer look at the damage. we're live tonight at the intersection of alvarado and new haven. as we take a live look from sky 7 hd, this sink hole is now 10 feet by 12 feet. that's the latest estimate from city officials. we are told that crews will stay at the scene until they can safely secure the area. police were notified at around 11:30 this morning, but the sink hole got notably big ere. multiple agencies are out here examining the road. there are a number of ewe tills that run underneath the road. neighbors were quite surprised when they noticed it gave way. >> it really scares me that the

an employee of a brothel in nevada says former nba player and reality star lamar odom had been doing drugs for at least three days. he had taken up to ten sexual enhancement pills before tuesday night. when he was found, he was face down and unresponsive at the love ranch about 70 miles outside of las vegas. >> he was unconscious but breathing. he had blood coming from his nose and his mouth along with a white substance. >> odom is presently on life support at the hospital in las vegas. the reverend jesse jackson visited him today and said odom is responding to visitors.

so i just wanted to give you a heads up. southe southern california, you have an unstable atmosphere down here. mainly staying to the south of the bay area. weak front comes in on saturday. this one comes in from the west. that will fizzle. it's not going to hold together very well. i'll show you that in a moment. tonight could see a sprinkle or a light somehow ere as we head towards tomorrow morning. and then, by tomorrow evening, thinks will quiet down. as i show you the view or the forecast for friday night going into saturday,you'll notice that cold front getting closer to us. while we really need the rain, there's just a sliekt possibility of seeing some showers in the north bay. for the rest of you, that front does fall apart saturday morning. first think in the morning, another mild start. mid 50s to low 60s. clouds will certainly play a role in this. 80 degrees in the south bay and san jose.
