at a san jose restaurant has just doubled. at least 80 people have fallen ill after eating. this is located on north fourth street in san jose. many of them are in the hospital. 12 are being treated in the intensive care unit. county officials are urging everybody who has eaten there recently to see a doctor to see if they're at risk. it's very, very inif he can shs. as few as 10-20 individual bacteria can cause you to be ill. >> customers at risk are likely to have eaten at the restaurant friday or saturday. >> also in san jose, police are asking for help identifying two burglarers who broke into a home on casey way. police say the woman scoped out the residents new yorking on the

front door to see if anybody was home. when nobody answered, the maem burglar entered through the backsliding glad door. both drove away after the burglary in a red chevy camaro. >> oakland police are looking for two drivers who struck a man. this is a red sedan. the car then backed up and hit the man again. police are also after a white sedan that hit the man, as well. the man suffered minor injuries. >> san leandro police are afraid that they're stealing money from atm users even after the arrest of two suspected thieves. five thefts targeted atm customers on east 14th street. those crimes began in may and may have continued through last week. one of the suspects as being a

demanding restrictions on uber. cab byes who already go through background checks and fingerprint scans will now have to go through annual drug and alcohol testing. the drugs are? marijuana, cocaine, amphetamines, meth amphetamines and pcp. >> but the cab driver's main objection? marijuana. >> it picks up traces of the drug. days, weeks or even longer after the person has used it. >> therefore, the driver's union says it may have no relation as to whether the driver is under the influence while working. but the met ro poll tan transportation agency which regulates taxis says it has no choice but to perform the testsment. >> the bottom line is we are out of compliance. we are required by state law to test taxi drivers for drug and alcohol.
