since the internal investigation started. and now the san jose police department loses an officer once considered a role model in the community. >> you have to use your noggin. >> officer phil white, a 20-year veteran with san jose police, worked with kids on gang prevention and education. his twernl -- personal tweets grew national attention. he threaten ited in the "black lives matter" after saying threaten me or my family and i will use my god given and law appointed right and duty to kill you. # cop lives matter. he went on to write, "if anyone feels they can't breathe or their lives matter i will be at the movies off duty and carrying my gun. >> the first initial thought of mine was wow. >> milan with african-american community in san jose was among the protesters calling for white's removal. he thinks the right decision has been made. >> in his words, i understood

as an officer, but his level of responsibility in using better choice of words. >> he is hopeful this negative incident can be turned into something positive. >> we can continue partnering and seeing them at events and seeing them engaging with the community and then that badge will be more of a protection and not something he will fear. >> steps to improve relations and build trust over time. in san jose,. >> they were overhead as a san francisco s.w.a.t team searched for suspects at a construction viet. we wrote this story live on abc7 news at 4:00. they made four arrests in potrero hill. they closed the street ramp to interstate 280. during the search one of the suspects isn't whatted for a case out of oakland and police would not elaborate further. new concerns about the outbreak that may have spread to another county. they spoke to the health officer in santa cruz who says
