tonight after his patrol car was rammed head-on. >> yeah, dan, that chase ended right here on this quiet street where you see fluid right there from the suspect's car. perhaps radiator fluid. those suspects are now in custody. the chp officer, he's going to be okay. >> one officer called it quite a caper. the driver of this light blue accord was pulled over in brentwood because the car had no license plate. authorities say the driver first slowed to a stop. but when the chp officer walked toward the car, he took off. >> a short purr suit was initiated. came through a couple surface streets over here and then came down here the honda accord went down.

>> there has been another delay in the arraignment of three tranz yents accused of killing a canada tourist. they must return to court next month for a formal presentation of the charges. the trio is accused of shooting and killing canadian visitor in golden gate park last month and then killing steve carter along a hiking trail. investigators say the motive for both killings was robbery. a police officer caught on camera pulling his gun is found innocent of wrong doing. his state's attorney says he will file a claim charging the city with nejsz and violating his client's civil rights. >> a fake flier is showing up

accused of discriminating against asian customers. abc 7 news reporter joins us outside sephora on union street to explain. >> well, sephora calls its customers beauty insiders. the more money they spend, the more perks they get, including access to exclusive sales. however, according to this class action lawsuit, asian customers weren't able to shop last year's sales because sephora deactivated their account. >> i'm definitely a big shopper at sephora. >> she's spent so much money at sephora, she's gained elite status. the title gives access to exclusive sales. >> it's definitely a nice little red carpet treatment that you're getting. >> many customers are angry sephora deactivated their accounts last year. a class action lawsuit alleges that sephora discriminated against one of its customers. sephora posted to its facebook
