when it comes to access to swimming pool, african americans are usually left far behind. but in oklahoma, they got o to reopen a gem for something that had been lost for years. >> it was a moment of exhilaration for these students. it's been 25 years since the decline in west oakland had a swim program. and for a while, only the public had access on weekends.
