sky 7 was over baker beach last night as firefighters and rescue bets helped a man strand on the rocks just 6' above the water. it took 45 minutes to get him to a water rescue boat and paramedics took him to the hospital. >> a san jose restaurant is now open again after a bacterial outbreak sickened 200 people in six counties. mariscos on north 4th has been closed since being linked to a shigella outbreak in mid-october. inspectors clear the restaurant after finding it sanitized and employees were retrained in food handling. the exact cause of the outprotect will likely never be known. >> happening today, middleton residents will thank the firefighters and first responders for bravery battling the valley fire. a barbecue is held this afternoon at 3:30 prior to middleton high school homecoming find game. organizers say it will be the first time to thank the firefighters and first responders. the whom coming game was
