public defender who asked the judge to continue the arraignment until monday. and, in the meantime, police are telling us that they're talking to even more children who say they've been victimized by him. >> 50-year-old barry dugar is charged with ten counts of child molestation. he was arrested yesterday. police have named 7 victims but say more are coming forward. investigators say they lived in richmond at his group home which is unlicensed. dugar is a registered sex off d offender who was convicted twice before of molesting children. dugar's group home is near kennedy high school. the police investigation started when they complained to school staff that he was abusing them. >> as a guardian, as

point this morning while walking on campus. police say armed robberies were not that common on campus, but there was another robbery in august under almost identical circumstances. police are recommending that students walk in groups and keep their electronic devices hidden. >> san francisco police say another tourist had a camera taken last night. he took off in a silver, four-door car. police say there were at least two similar in october. >> this could restart the execution process for the first time since 2006 when the last was put to death. those include this man, jack

surry. he was convicted of the torture and murder of six people, most in their 20s. >> the tsa seized a record 68 guns and carry on bags in october including two from the international airport. the tsa says all of those guns were loaded. a federal judge followed by stub hub. stubble hub says they've conspired to fix the marketplace when it entered into an exclusive relationship. stub hub's lawyers will decide in the coming days whether or not they're goirng to appeal. they're warning fans about counter fit tickets. tonight, access to the arena.

a senior center in palo alto. taking away the car keys can lead to isolation and the loss of self esteem. it's also tough on adult children. >> my sister and i had to go to our father who had to decide when it was safe for us to do something and tell him to take away his car keys. >> he wants fewer families around the world to have to have that conversation. >> it won't happen overnight. >> seniors, who will number 55 million by 2020 and 75 million by 2030 need to embrace smarter cars. >> i'm really excited about these car that is go by themselves and so on.

a san francisco post office we reported on recently is facing new scrutiny tonight after we reported on the tattered flag flying on the building it replaced. what's the problem now, leigh anne? >> this is like deja vu all over again. i have to say that this post office here in the tenderloin was very quick to respond after our initial report. but, as of 5:07 p.m., which is when the sun set. that post office behind me is in clear violation of the flag code. >> reporter: the flags at the u.s. post office at 101 high street in san francisco are new. they were replaced last month

after abc 7 news showed viewers the old flags, tattered and faded. and, today, we discovered this post office is, once again, violating that code. >> it's supposed to come down at sundown. that's my understanding. as an ex-marine. >> he's right f. but there are exceptions. a 16 page report state that is it may be displayed 24 hours a day if properly illuminated during the hours of darkness. we went by there last niet and found those flags were clearly in the dark. >> it's disrespecting the flag. people fought for the flag. many people died for the flag. >> it's disrespecting our flag, for one. this is our country. we're supposed to be proud. >> it wasn't until we looked closer that we realized there are lights on the roof pointed at the flags, but they're in need of repair. >> get a light bulb, okay, and

for a better opening day here at boreo. we were expecting more than a thousand people to hit the slopes. three open runs, ten inches of snow fell last weekend with a little bit of help and artificial snow. telling me this is the best opening day they have had in more than ten years. >> since 2004, we're really looking optimistic with the wet fall. we've seen some early precipitation. we were expecting more snow sunday and monday. we're going to ebs up and down more terrain next week. >> it's nice and sunny and snow on the ground. so i can't complain. >> last year, i had ice patches where ever we went. quite a bit of snow. >> and there you have it. that's the official sound of opening day. we're talking with skiers and

lake tahoe camera. expecting the snow levels to drop as we head from sunday to monday. the sierra resorts can pick up anywhere from four to 8 inches of snow. from santa rosa to navarro right now, here's a stunning view from our santa cruz camera right now. dry saturday, rain on sunday, there is a chance of thunder. monday morning during the commute. and the snow level will be dropping to 4500 feet. we could see a mix of rain and snow over some of of our higher peaks here in the bay area. that's how cold this storm is going to be. we're not expecting snow to accumulate. fair weather tomorrow as high pressure controls our weather. as we head towards sunday, that storm drops down bringing that cold air with it and the rain comes in on sunday. take a look at that time line. saturday is fine if you have out-door activities.
