thunderstorms tomorrow, 50s and 60s and a lot of sunshine and 60s and 70s by the weekend. be careful this morning. how is it going, leyla? >> be careful. we have confirmation of another fatal accident. this is going to be in san jose. this is on surface streets at the intersection of the expressway at redman avenue and we understand one person has died in the accident. the intersection itself is most likely going to be blocked off until they complete the investigation. however, we do not know whether the weather was a factor in the accident. what we know is it was drizzling at time and the rest of the drive through san jose is not too bad but we have a new accident and this is eastbound side of 80 in solano county leaving vallejo eastbound side we have one lane politic asked a couple of cars involved, one sideways in the lane. be careful. a look at drive time traffic along the east shore freeway westbound from highway 4 to the maze it is 18 minutes and i-80 across the bay bridge is nine minutes and 101 in the north

average is $2.78. same in oakland. experts say the small increase comes as crude oil costs go up. >> a scientific breakthrough in london is inspiring doctors and cancer parkways around the world. >> a one-year-old leyla spent half her life battling leukemia and doctors told her parents she was going to die. >> i don't believe in giving up. i carry on, i will fight this. i will get the result i need. we pushed on and pushed on and pushed on. >> leyla's doctors decided to try an experimental treatment never tested on humans and inducted her with immune cells of the die nor that would attack her cancer. two months later, her leukemia appears to be gone. however, doctors caution it is too soon to know if she is cured or whether the treatment could be used to help others. but it is offers hope.
