happening in san francisco, fires are watching for hotspots after a three-alarm fire in the mission district of the the place destroyed the tireship called "rolling stock," and 20 employees are out of work. 21 residents living in the farm next door have been displaced. some people are staying with family and friends and others get help from the red cross. >> people shot a last video of the smoke and flames from the smart phone. this video from a rooftop deck shows the enormous flames and black smoke pouring from the fire. look at this, another view of the fire thanks to an 87 news viewer keep in mind these were shot before firefighters got there. >> the abc7 now community has been sending us incredible pirs and video of the fire and if you have photos or video to share, post them on social media with # abc7now. we could feature them on air and line. >> 37 will look for a new place to live because of a fire that destroyed several apartments in

san jose with flames leaping 50' into the air when the firefighters arrived yesterday morning at the complex on walnut drive. eight of the buildings' 22 units were deputied and part of the roof collapsed. firefighter suffered minor injury and investigators believe a heat are may have started the fire. >> happening today be the man found guilty of murdering a vallejo police officer will be sentenced. in july, a jury found henry smith guilty of killing officer in vallejo in 2011 shooting him while trying to get away after robbing a bang of america. the jury will found smith guilty of robbery and avoiding arrest and faces life without parole. >> happening fed, opening statements in the murder and racketeering trial of raymond "shrimp boy" chow, former stated senator lee was involved and pleaded guilty to racketeering in july. the government has respond millions on the investigation. prosecutors believe that raymond "shrimp boy" chow ordered the new december of a rival leader

eastbound 880. with the delays you may want to consider taking 680 instead, you can see we are at top speeds at the cordelia interchange and i-80 and everything is moving fine until you are closer to the scene the accident in vallejo. we will move over to san jose and this is where we have a fatal accident, the expressway at redman avenue and possibly the expire intersection while the investigationen sues so right now we do have wet roads in certain parts but we are not sure if they contributed to the accident. mike? we will look at what is going on in the south bay and start with live doppler hd and what it is going to show you are a few light sprinkles around cupertino and around 85 and 280 where they come together to the canyon and highway 9 and highway 35 in the santa cruz mountains where they come together. head down 9 at 17 toward santa

safely. move over to solano county we have a lot of delays in the westbound direction along i-80 because of an accident that is in the eastbound direction near campbell avenue. we do have five or six vehicles involved it is quite the spectacle. i can tell you it is slow things down eastbound 80 over the cartinez bridge and it is starting to block your drive as you make it through solano. be careful. right now it looks like 680 is the good alternate and at san jose the expressway has a fatal accident so intersection is possible blocked and the best way to get around this is at meridian up to coleman and that is a major thoroughfare to get you to the freeways. kristen and eric? >> it is now 5:18. are parents and children bamboozled with the tv ads? >> probably so. commercials are pour on sugar coatedment messages by playing up nutritional value that simply is not there in most foods.
