construction site. he said he saw a man running up the stairwell. and he had some kind of gun or some kind of automatic weapon or something. he said he didn't look like a construction worker or didn't recognize him. so he decided to call police. i also spoke to another construction worker. he said he believes there's still four or five construction workers out there. not long ago, i heard two loud sounds coming from there. i'm not sure what they were. >> there's about a dozen police cars, there's a lot of the construction workers that with were up on that building site out here waiting to hear co-workers up there.

but the hospital is still locked down. >> sky 7 hd is live where the man with a gun climbs near the top of the new st. luke's hospital construction site. on the phone right now, a doctor locked down and, apparently, a lot of other folks. thank you so much for joining us. tell us what's going on where you are right now. >> we're located in the medical building, directically connected to st. luke's hospital. we're on the same floor as the e.r., actually. basically, at around this time is when we get to go home. but unfortunately, we're not being allowed to leave the building because of the lockdown. there's not much to do except stay here and wait. i was talking to one of the security guards. as far as i know, they're wrapping things up. the shooter has already been shot. that's pretty much it.
