the officers fired at man to make sure he was dead they shot and killed him when he was on an construction elevator. he had a rifle aim at st. luke's hospital while people inside were on lockdown. everyone moved away from the window and they would not let anyone leave the hospital or come to the hospital. it sounded like a bomb but it was gunfire going off. this started at a sporting store in san bruno, the man robbed the store, stole a rifle, and then headed to san francisco. no one else was hurt in the incident and the big question now is, why? why did he come here? and what did he intended to
