opened her shop today but no customers were here. it could be because of this, a major backup on van ness because a portion of the thoroughfare is shut down. a die row practice tore is expecting a rush day. >> we had a couple people coming from east bay and they had to turn around or had to wait until very late and i was here until 7:00 at night. >> he is a look at what the crews are building, a pedestrian tunnel between the medical center and the office building starting on midnight friday throwing a kink into the commute stopping some residents need their tracks. >> we wondered, the left side over here, how are they going to get them to the right and not have the traffic backed up? so we figured we would stop and watch. if grief. it is horrible. really bad.

my advise is to leave early tomorrow because by 6:00 you can see the snow is starting to fall and by the afternoon hours and into the evening hours, 11" to 12" and 8", and from lake tahoe to 5" in incline village and the snow taper to 3,on' head willing to the overnight hour and into monday morning. getting home on sunday is going to be more difficult than getting there on sunday. here is my seven-day forecast for lake, up to a foot of snow, although this is the weakest of the three storms, it will be breezy on monday and they have to start making snow on tuesday, wednesday, and thursday. have fun, but be careful. >> great advise. >> a lot of excitement is building in san jose over two mexican soccer teams tomorrow night at stadium, arriveing tonight and it is a rivalry that goes back to 1916. matt joins us outside the

from the east bay hills you can see the haze a little bit better as we look across the cloud free sky with a ton of sunshine and mostly sunny tomorrow and my clouds coming in late in the afternoon, but child boat days two of the warmer days moving forward. when the rain comes in it brings if a blustery sunday with showers and thunderstorms with small hail. as far as temperatures today we are will coupest right around richmond and half moon bay at 62 and then we have san francisco, san rafael, concord, vallejo at 64 and santa rosa at 68 and oakland and fremont and livermore and san jose at 67. heading down to santa cruz, going to the boardwalk, about 70. tonight, even with just a few clouds and the patchy amount of fog out there, not so chilly as it has been, 40s and 50s and hopefully the heater will work. action, you can see a few showers ahead of the storm and just increasing clouds a picture-esque sunset and the

rain will move to the north bay right around 11 o'clock to midnight but, notice, the oranges so it is moderate rain and moves into the heart of the by at look, into the south bay, 2:00 or 3:00, and, notice, when most of us got up, the steady rain is gone but notice we get interest that more unstable and cold and breezy air mass and that means scattered showers and thunderstorms during the mid-morning to afternoon hours but by far the heaviest rain falls in the tight window because this is a fast moving store, and .2" to .4" of an inch and it can cause a few ponds on the roads so be careful if you are traveling early tomorrow. this is going to kick up some dangerous surf on our west to northwest facing peaches, strong rip occurrens starting tonight and all the way through tomorrow afternoon. here is my seven-day forecast, we could so a few 70s fed, and 60s mainly tomorrow account
